Need to Surrender?

We understand that life happens. We've all been there. At 632 Canine Rescue, we do our best to accept dogs needing to be rehomed, provided resources are available.

If you are able to commit to fostering the dog(s) you are looking to rehome, it will increase the likelihood of us accepting them, as we will not have to search for a foster home.

Please keep in mind, we only rescue SENIOR, SPECIAL NEEDS, and HOSPICE dogs.

To start the rehoming process, we require a COMPLETED surrender form with as much information as possible about your pet. This information is crucial for us to understand the dog's needs and find the best possible home for them.

Your form will be reviewed, and you will receive a response as quickly as we can. Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee a spot for your dog(s).

We cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression towards humans.
